What You Need for a Rental Application in NSW

A complete application is the fastest way to a yes. NSW landlords typically require 100 points of ID, proof of income, rental history and references. The more your application tells us upfront, the quicker we can move on it.

  • Most applications are processed within one to three business days once all supporting documents are submitted. Complete applications with clear references move fastest.

  • You will need 100 points of ID, proof of income such as recent payslips or bank statements, rental references from previous agents and a couple of character references.

  • Once your application is approved, you may be asked to pay a holding fee of no more than one week's rent. It is held until you sign the lease, then goes towards your first rent payment.
